Usually you go the the withdrawl option and enter the full current balance of your account. It will then ask if you realise that this will close the account, to which you confirm that this is what you want to do. However, some companies don't let you close online, you have to ring up and request a closure. You'll either need to read the T&C's of your account to find out what's required by the company you're with, or easier still, ring up and ask them. If you only have an 0845 number for them, try checking on SAYNOTO0870.COM for a non geographical number, or better still a freephone number.0
