Why doesn't someone just post up the link / info on ebay for 1 pence.

Make it clear that no purchase is necessary.  that way the info is out there, people may or may not become regular customers and this guy makes zilch for selling what others (in the know) are sharing.

You could even suggest if this helps you give 50p to charity........ or even suggest visiting one of those sites that gove charity some money for free.

I did that last yr, Ebay cancelled my ad and threatened to cancel account ! and I was the good guy - not asking for any dosh at all.

Plus some buggar purchased and then gave me a neg!

Don't know if they even read my advert, guess someone selling links reported me :(

I was going to suggest that anyone posting auctions with the links for free should not do so under their main trading id - as well as possible negs etc it wouldn't surprise me if the link sellers resorted to auction wrecking of genuine auctions to get their own back.

Absolutely - I'd envisage another ebay account for this type of thing.

Please be warned that if you lose an account after a warning from ebay all associated accounts are lost as well. That means any accounts linked by address of user or address of registered card holder.

That's weird - exactly the same thing happened to me >:(

I was even more annoyed as it clearly stated that the info was FREE, that they didn't need to bid and that it was a protest against people who were selling links/codes.

After all that I couldn't believe how many people bid on the items ???

You just can't win sometime can you!

You'll probably find it was your competitors who bid under a throw away account just so they could leave you a neg.

    Sad but probably true.
