I had a posession order on my house this time last year, that was suspended,I hve since fallen behind with my payments,nd my lender is going to court for an eviction date.
I will be able to clear my arrears in the next few weeks(I am awaiting pyment for a decent sized job I did)is it likely It will be in time to clear the arrears or do courts process eviction dates super quick?

If the lender has already obtained a suspended repossession order that you haveb reached for not keeping up with the agreed payment schedule, the onus is now on you to go to court and get the court agreement to not allow the repossession.
There should be someone at court who can help you or contact CAB.
If you already have an eviction date you are going to have to move pretty quick to sort this outbefore the baliffs turn up.
Don't assume you can just clear the arrears before repossesssion and all will be fine. You now have to go to court and get the repossession suspended.
