I'm sorry to hear that hamster.
Do they have no way of looking into people who have multiple accounts that are being used everyday.
It's unfair that they have read entries from here and banned people who were just trying to join in with a competition that didn't work, thus leaving them to think that they had to register a 2nd time.
I'm sure they are able to see only one email address and one identity "hamster" was actually been used, but I'm equally sure the real reason I've been banned is for criticising the competition. It is the only way you can explain why something that happened on day one is now an excuse for banning me.:rolleyes:Well, you know, my ancestry isn't all hamster.

I just had a quick look on their site and there are loads and loads of people who have no score.
I wonder if they have all been banned tooEleventh Heaven No. 321

OMG iam so sorry, I feel so bad, at the end of the day it is unfair and this game is so bent anyway you just exposed its flaws, i don't see why you should be punished.. Every winner got there by bending the rules, you couldn't win with out it, so if anyone is trying to win this game by playing by the rules don't bother you aint got a hope in hell. The cleaver boyz with the multipull accounts and cleaver ways to hide IPs will be the winners not us lot...People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...
It is much easier to see other people's failings than our own.0 -
It is clear that hamster is being penalised for the organisers' own incompetence and their inability to get the competition working properly durimg the first day.
Their early problems immediately gave a large number of people an early advantage by letting them enter for a second time after the first entry did not get recorded (myself included). Many of these must have scored much higher the second time around.
There are currently 1,333 people with zero scores, including 48 MSErs. How many of these are, like hamster, people who got zero scores and so created a new identity and started again? How many of the exceptionally high scores are people who have 2nd identities that the organisers can't identify.
When I originally posted agreeing with hamster I said I would carry on with the weekly comp as it was fun but I am now thinking again as the fun is waning with the controversy and the comp is losing all integrity.:mad:0 -
not that iv been following this competition, but if i had i would be tempted to boycott it0

What i still dont get is that he didnt actually play on the second identitiy so how is hamster getting banned, i know he said its because of his post on this forum, but this is a comps discussion relating to the comp, basically chatting amongst friends , ive known most of u for many months and feel i can chat from the heart but this changes everything.
i thought someone winning with name lucozade was a bit controversial but presumed they check every winner out.
im confused big time with this xxx#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
Hamster – so sorry to hear that. It seems you have been penalised for posting about the evident technical shortcomings of the game. If you had anything personally to hide, obviously you wouldn’t be using Hamster as your Lucozade identity!!
It would appear that the last prize awarded to Luke o Zade was suspect, and no prize was awarded. Bendywendy with the highest score was going to win again, then Luke o Zade was announced winner. Perhaps because they realised there was a problem or maybe because we pointed it out to them.
Even if they do vary the questions, it still means that a large group of friends could pool their resources and the last one would have a very good chance of winning.
Not me personally as evidence by my wonderful score something like 1260 -
What a shame - I know this comp wasn't exactly fair but it was fun - thats spoilt now though if people on here are getting disqualified!0

I think it's a shame - I'm too lazy to bother cheetin' etc. But just enjoy the comp. I guess the organisers must've had a reason to start banning people, but it just makes it horrible for people who haven't really broken the rules. It's not fun now. ;0(
