    Cistolic, that happened to me a few weeks ago too!
    However, I sent a message to the competition people via the 'Contact us' link and moaned a bit about how unfair it was that I would be disadvantaged for the whole competition, and that I had obviously not completed anything if I'd been given 0 points, and they reset my account so I could re-enter that week's quiz!
    Worth a try if you want to have a go.

    I also found this week's set tricky, anyone else got any ideas what that America dial one was? It's driving me mad today!
