Healthy Prawn Couscous Lunchbox Salad

Hi,
I am looking to make a healthy couscous salad to bring to work for lunch. I have some frozen prawns to use up also. I want to be able to make it the night before and store it in the fridge ready to take to work in the morning.
Oh, I also have a tin of mixed bean salad. I don't mind buying extra salad ingredients...
Any ideas?
