garage extension quote

hi all, we have a detached house with an attached brick garage.
the house is approx 27ft long. the garage is attached to the side of the property towards the rear of the property.
we want to extend the garage lenght by 10 foot. so it will be the same lenght as the house.
the garage has a tiled roof.
i was quoted 10k to build the 2 walls and dig the foundations and lay a concrete floor in the extended part of the garage.
i was going to remove the roof and get seperate quotes to re roof.
is 10k too much for 2 walls, one approx 8ft incorporating a 5ft window and one wall 10ft in lenght
