Alternative ideas for hanging baskets
I have 2 lovely hanging baskets. I bought 2 brackets to put them on, but OH is having trouble getting them on the wall (don't ask...
). To save more DIY dilemmas I'm wondering if there's any kind of stand I could put/hang them on. Has anyone seen anything like this (not too expensive of course).
It's either that or they get given away which would be a shame. I'm really tempted to get the drill myself as I can do indoor things, but the thought of drilling outdoors is scaring me a little  )
Thanks

You could buy the plastic half ones that you can attach to a fence if you can't drill into a wall...I have these hung up by a screw at the top of the fence!
Wilkinsons do them in colours terracotta and green...

I found this on hotukdeals. At the moment WOOLWORTHS have baskets that are on stands, but it not like the ones shown in the pictures in the other posts they are actually on top of one another spaced apart and have the pole running through the middle of them ( bit like a how a traditional teired wedding cake ). They are also on a stand, so no drilling and ruining your wall. The best part of it is that they have been reduced from approx. £24 to approx. £12.49 each. I bought two.:T
Sry Im crap at  technology and cant copy and paste it into this post. Could anyone who can do that please be obliging?0 -
I had the same problem, so I got my OH to plant a piece of 3x3 into the ground and put brackets on each side for hanging baskets. I saw this done a couple of years ago in the bungalows nearby and it looked so good I wanted one too. They had two high up and two on opposite sides lower down and the effect was stunning!
