Regular saver that allows lump sum

Options
I would like to open up a regular saver account. The A&L one looks to be the best. I also have around £4 -> 5k in other account which if possible I would like to move into my regular saver when I open it up. Is that possible with any regular saver?

Regular savings are for regular savings, not for lump sums.

There are some "regular savings" accounts that require a minimum regular monthly deposit, perhaps as low as £20, but also allow you to add occasional lump sums provided you don't exceed the maximum allowed per month, which might be £1k or £2k - so you should be able to find one that would enable you to deposit the £4k-£5k in a few months.
