Anyone used Technoworld?

Have never used Technoworld before but am about to use them for a spend of about £1000. Anyone know what their customer service is like? Are they good for delivery etc?

I used them to buy a HD to upgrade my Sky+ box. Their site wouldn't accept my card but I called, got it all sorted out and next day delivery thrown in for the trouble. Seem like an OK outfit but all I got was a HD!
