Yet to receive my £10 freebie.

Any advice where I should go next ?

    I switched at the same time and have not received anything.

    I emailled their customer services monday, no reply.

    I have just phoned their CS and the guy said the current offer was for referring someone to get £10. I said this was 4 months ago and the offer was £10 to use their service to switch suppliers.

    He said he would get someone to email me later today about it.

    I will let you know what happens...
