I am still waiting to hear from my LEA as to my entitlement. Is anyone else still waiting?

We have had nothing except one letter giving my OH a code, nothing to me or either of my student children yet. My daughter rang today and it's been done and was posted on 8th so we should get the info tomorrow, everything is crossed.
They won't tell you on the phone what you will get or what fee support you get, that's the problem I don't really know how much this acedemic year is going to cost me.0 -
its a c**p system. I thought that by doing it online they would give a provisional assesment, but oh no. If it is this bad next year i might apply now for next years assesment. I go to uni on the saturday and it is starting to cause nerves.0

I got another letter saying they were offering me an extra £1000 on top of my original loan, but I don't need it so I'm keeping with what they offered me before. Still have to re-send the letter again telling them how much I want so I'll have to wait before I get anything!

My son is already paying full rent for his share of a student house and my daughter goes on Sunday, I have done a spreadsheet for her but until I know how much loan she gets and how much in fees we have to pay I can't help her work out how much she will have to spend etc.
I understand the nerves believe me!0 -

Yeah I move into my accommodation on saturday.
They say it takes about 6 to 8 weeks to process, it should say on the top of your letter when they got it, if they got it by the 1st July then they should process it before you go away. They send you out another letter when they start to process it as well.[FONT=georgia, bookman old style, palatino linotype, book antiqua, palatino, trebuchet ms, helvetica, garamond, sans-serif, arial, verdana, avante garde, century gothic, comic sans ms, times, times new roman, serif]A bank is a place that will lend you money if you can prove that you don't need it
