    What have I done....?

    1) Been to mum and dad's and borrowed useful things (namely pump for sons' bike tyres and some allen keys!)
    2) Taken weekly papers to mum and dad's and given mum lift to Sainsburys.
    3) Got own shopping.
    4) Done load of washing and put it on the line.
    5) Planted out sunflowers.

    Left to do....

    5) Clean kitchen and lounge and hoover upstairs.
    6) Clean patio and path down (water from the waterbutt).
    7) Cut fringe.
    8) Make next batch of ice lollies.

    and....
    9) Not miss Dr Who!

Well done Klane on meeting your total for the £10 a day challenge.

Jenjade, hope you feel better soon.

Eternal optimist, don't know much about dmp's, is it possible for you to go ahead and sort your own out? At least then you would be better in charge of it.

Well although I'm a newbie to this, I am pleased with these little things that I've done :

Put washing out on line to dry (hooray for the sun!)

Made 2 jam jars into "money jars" for my kids - instead of dishing out pocket money, which is often un-deserved, bless 'em - I've got a jam jar for each of them and for every good thing they do, they get a couple of coppers, for anything bad/naughty pennies come out. Hopefully this'll encourage them to behave and help out a little bit (they are only 5 and 9 though so not expecting too much, lol!) and I may well end up paying out less a week in jam jar money than I do in pocket money, lol!

Oh and I'm staying at home and having bbq here rather than going to my friend's bbq cos I'd have to take wine and cigs with me when I've got an open bottle of wine here and will smoke less at home :-)

Yes it is possible but I might wait until Dec to go it alone. Hopefully I will be in a better position financially then:T so I can offer my creditors more and because of that they are more likely to agree.

    Hi Everyone,

It's been a busy day today.

    - Did the grocery shopping and saved 25% on the bill through special offers
    - Checked online banking
    - Finally got online banking sorted for one of my C.Cards so I can track it.
    - Went shopping for eBay packing supplies. Got a 8 padded envelopes for £2! and got the shopkeeper to give me some boxes.
    - Did a few clicks.

    Debt-free and Proud!
Both me and OH have done our work expenses and found we are owed over a grand!! Money already spent of course - but getting it back will still make a dent in the debt! Must get them to buy things direct in future - they can afford it more than me. :o
