Parking in Brighton is a nightmare, and expensive. The traffic is very heavy in Brighton too.
I suggest parking on the outskirts of town where it's free to park and get a bus into town. A saver ticket is about £3.20, from memory, and will allow you on any bus. The bus system in Brighton is excellent

Im due to work in brighton tonight from midnight till 8am on the seafront then work at preston park from 11 till 9pm then back at the seafront from 10 till 6/7 am
would I be best to try and park near the seafront area and catch a bus to the park and back again or should I be able to park there sat night ok? I have three hours to kill also between work places so trying to decide if i drive back near gatwick to get a shower and freshen up or find a leisure center and have a swim then shower lol
