    Absolish the fee's? Surely thats up to the company, not to the government. A judge in a recent case deemed these fee's to be legal so pointless signing this petition.

    People should use Direct Debit to pay their bills, it offers more consumer & payment protection than any other form of payment!

    Why not 5 years ago? 10 years ago, 15 years ago?

    If you didn't pay by direct debit you always paid more.

    Up until the change in how it was detailed, line rental was £12 per month (less in previous years), if you paid by DD you got a £1 discount - it has been like this for years, yet it's only now that BT drop line rental down to £11 and then detail the extra charge for not paying by DD people complain!
    It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
    (OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)
