Laptop to Mobile file transfer

Hi
Was'nt sure whether to put this in the phones forum but i reckon its a techie matter.
Does anyone know of a way i can transfer text files say from a webpage to my Sony ericcson K750, i transfer data via bluetooth all the time ( pics , tones etc ) but for the life of me can't work out how to do that.
Also does anyone know of any good software to convert media files ( Realplayer, WMV etc ) to 3gp to play on my phone.

The text files should be no different to the pics and tones - they are all just data files when it comes down to it. Save the text you want from the webpage into notepad and then transfer the notepad file across onto the handset via bluetooth as you do for the other stuff.

There may be an issue in the handset reading the text file natively (not sure on how the handset on its own will deal with a .txt file - someone on here will know though) so you may have to download an app to do that but there are free text reading apps for the K750i to be had - do a google search for K750i Apps and textreader - that should get you going.
