Holiday Tickets

Roughly how long before departure do travel companies send out the tickets? We are flying 2 weeks next Tuesday booked through Holiday Click & cannot find a non 0870 number to contact them & ask.

Any help is appreciated.

Many thanks.

If it was me and I was worried I would be phoning them to query it, 0870 number regardless.

    what sort of tickets?
for airlines usually e-tickets are issued., either when you book or you get a copy of your itinery and then the e ticket is posted to you within a week.
also hotel reservations are usually email confirmations which should be given out to you very quickly.
you need to bite the bullet and phone up.

The flights are with Thomas Cook & we need directions to an office to collect a key for the villa. Also waiting for car hire voucher.

Thanks for this. We will probably wait until Wednesday based on this info. If no show by then it looks like an 0870 call.

Thanks for this info, but it appears to be the contact details of a telecoms reseller based in Poole.

Thomas Cook tend to still issue tickets, tickets normally arrive 10-14 days prior to departure but as you booked through an agent they will go them first. They will likely already have your car hire voucher and are waiting for the flight tickets to arrive and then will send both to you together.
