Fitting wing mirror to Vauxhall Astra Club 51 reg

Hi - hope someone can help :D

A yob ripped off my wing mirror last weekend. I've managed to get a replacement from a scrap dealer for £25 but don't know how to fit it.

Anyone got any advice or websites I can check out - don't want to take it to a garage which means forking out more cash and worried in case the police pull me over for not having one.

There are normally three screws behind the tweeter speaker on the door. From memory, the cover which houses the tweeter just clips off, tho it's been years since I've replaced one.

Undo screws, attatch new mirror unit, screw up, stand back and smile...

That's exactly right!
I had to replace mine 3 times thanks to kids & their footballs !!!!!!!!!

Police wont pull you over. Legally I think a ve-hicle needs to have two mirrors.
