Hi am new to this but just wondered if anyone could give me some advice. took ppi out on a secured loan, loan was paid in full 08/2007 only just dug paperwork out and realised had no rebate from ppi, asked for rebate they paid it from 30/04/08 the ppi was paid direct from the loan company so should it not have been cancelled when the loan was paid in full?? I never signed any papers for ppi just signed and accepted it on the loan application and a lump apyment of 1300 was paid to ppi obviously this was added onto my loan.
