how do i get max cashback switching to eon & atlantic energy?

I've decided to shift to either
aon's extra saver 6 package (without standing charge)
or
atlantic electric & gas domestic standard online nill service charge
for dual fuel after spending all day trawling the sites and working out my actual bills.
What i'd like help with is where is the best way to join them for max freebies?
The usual suspects quidco etc or via one of the energy sites like energyhelpline.
ie if i go via quidco to uswitch do i get quidcos £12 and their wine.
or if i go via quidco to energyhelpline do i get quidcos £13 plus energyhelplines £30
All help apprecaited.
