Top Man - Oxford Circus, London

My congratulations go to the Top Man ‘stylist’ team based at Top Shop, Oxford Circus, London.
I needed to completely kit out my 15 year old son, whose growth spurt to 6’2 had left him with virtually nothing that fitted, plus he needed a ‘proper’ suit for an event.
Shopping with him is an absolute nightmare, and so he usually buys his own gear. But, on this occasion, as he needed quite a lot we chose to go to London last Saturday.
It’s a big store, was packed with people and I hadn’t a clue where to start, so I asked if someone could help us find what we needed. We were directed to the men’s stylist, who put us in the VIP changing area and after talking to my son about his style, whizzed out and brought back loads of stuff, in the right size, for my son to try. I got sit leisurely on the sofa and enjoy the proceedings.
In just under an hour, my son had everything he needed including the suit, shirt, tie and shoes and we were out of there, without a cross word between us!
The stylist was courteous, kind, knew the stock well and was extremely helpful.
We were even fast tracked for paying, (a bit embarrassing as there were people queuing at another till!).
I was amazed that this service was completely free. We didn’t even book and spent under £200.
Well done Top Man stylists!
