Mine came abut 2 weeks ago.

Anyway, I am now entitled to a grand total of £1 per week WTC :j , best be careful incase they are overpaying me and I need t pay it back :rotfl:Lightbulb moment Dec 2005 - debt £23700

Hi. I havn't had mine yet either. Also currently 2 days overdue with baby number 2. When do claims need to be completed by, does anyone know if they will award the extra money this year? - As obviously it will be this year we need it due to my being on maternity leave. Or shall i just fill in the form when it arrives even if baby hasn't!

Hope this makes sense, sorry to jump in!0 -
You must complete your renewal by 31st of July.
You must send it back even if the baby isnt born yet as this has nothing to do with the renewal. They only want your previous year income details on the renewal.
A change of circumstance should be reported immediately and not at the same time as the renewal. So complete the renewal as soon as you get it then phone up to add the new baby to the claim.0 -
I rang today to be told that they had stopped my payments as they had sent out some correspondence that was returned to them... not by me I can assure you.....
So they have now made me "live" again on the system, but can't tell me when my payment due on Weds will be paid.... not even a rough idea..
to be honest the system is a farce, I now have a child care bill and no idea when the money to cover it will be going into the bank
grrrrrrr2007 £1749
2008 £291.99
2009 JanMasscara £7.00 Feb megcabot books x 2 £20 XFactor tkts x 2 £58.00 (couldn't go though as they only phoned on day :-( ) foundation £7.99
total so far for 09 £92.990 -
If they send your renewal pack and it is sent back to them by Royal Mail as undelivered or if it was sent to the wrong address and the person returned it they need to suspend your payments.
If not they could be paying someone who is out of the country, moved address or even dead!
By stopping the payments it will force you to call up so that they can get the details they need from you and/or re-issue the renewal pack.0 -

Hello dipsy,
Just to point out an advisor cant tell you when your next payment is due until TCO have lifted the suspension marker off your claim... would you prefer to be lied to?
Also, with regards to your payments being suspended, everything subsonicoyote said is correct. Don't forget their is also a risk of your details being misused if correspondence with your personal details are being sent to the wrong place... it's for your own protection.

I'd like to disgree with this. I called in as my son got backdated DLA from Jan, I called in to tell them unaware that it was annual renewal time and had not received my pack and I gave them all the details they asked for, I've not had any correspondance but I have checked my bank account and I have had 2 lots of money deposited, one lot for last years rebate and the other lot an additional amount that I get monthly for this year as the May payment was not enough (hope that makes sense).
I would say that if you are waiting for your baby to come, call in when it does and get it over nd done with in one call.
If you are worried that your packs have not arrived then give them a call on the number on the top of your TC letter (do not have mine to hand) and they can do it over the phone there and then. They did mine no problem - I was not even aware they had done it for the year!!0 -
i have not received my pack yet. So I called the livingstone branch yesterday and was adviced that my pack was sent out on the 25th of April. Now the same thing happened last year where my pack was returned and my money was stopped as they had the wrong address.
So I asked what address they sent it to and believe it or not they again sent it to the wrong address.
Now I dont understand why or how my address keeps changing (its only the flat number but makes a big difference)
So the girl is sending out the renewal again , but what I am wondering is.
If the WTC office receives my returned mail back and I have already called re. this , will they still stop my money?0 -

Disagree if you like but if you do not report a change straight away (legislation tells you it should be within a month), you will only be backdated for 3 months.
If you have a change of circumstance that would mean you would have a higher entitlement and wait until you are completing your annual renewal to make the change you will be losing out.
SOMETIMES it can be extended longer than 3 months, eg if you are awarded DLA and it is backdated more than three months then this is outwith your control and it should be backdated.0
