There is a great website, called Pretty small shoes, they are a bit on the pricey side, but they do amazing and stylish shoes for the petite feet women of the world. They also do great daily offers for shoes via email and mostly do free delivery to anywhere in the world on weekends.
Im 4ft11 with size 1 feet, i have brought 3 pairs from this website, they understand our need for shoes that are for grown women, not chunky shoes made for pre teens!0
