Advice and Warning

For the last year I have been paying back over payments in the crappy little thing they call a system. Apparently it doesnt matter how many times you ring them to check your not being over paid, you get overpaid and forced to pay everything back.
Anyway, my last payment was due in January, yet in february they carried on taking payments ... surely they cant do this, by them taking this extra payment I was put in arrears and ended up paying bank charges. Can I claim both back of tax credits?

Wasn't it a question rather than an answer? ;)

Marker, did you copy and paste from word or directly into MSE?

Yep, smk77 is correct, it was a question, not an answer.

It was actually a question asked to try to get you more answers. You asked your question two hours ago, along with one on the Mobiles board. Neither have had an answer, for the primary reason that people cannot/ cannot be bothered to read such small text.

Most questions would have been answered by now. So a stupid question? Nope, I don't think so!

Edit: Sorry, confused the greed with the OP. Nonetheless, that is my reason for asking the question. Experience shows that a readable font will get many more responses.

If you haver never had bank charges before just ring them up and ask nicely for them back.

Say you have never gone over drawn before and you promise not to do it again.

Sorry I don't know the answer about arrears it could be that I don't really understand arrears for what.

    All the best.

    Yours
