No hot water

Hi we have no hot water at the moment,
We have an emmersion heater we put this on but we are not getting any hot water also when we put the water heater on through the central heating system still no hot water .Please help :confused:

    We just had that and it was the pump that had gone. Called BG and they came out Weds afternoon (Rang monday night) took 2 hours to fix.

    Possible reasons:-
    • Broken cylinder thermostat (likely)
    • Broken zone or mid-position valve (very likely)
    • Broken programmer (likely)
    • Broken pump, unlikely if central heating is working OK
    • Airlock in gravity system (unlikely)
    Plus you will need either a new immersion thermostat or complete heater assembly as well.
