Saving advice for a new saver..........

Thanks to MSE, I have a bit of regular money to save
I usually save about £100 a month in my PO investment account. But now I have about £200+ more than that a month, that should be going into a better place.
Just not sure where that better place is!
Any advice please?
I would like to know I was getting the most for my money, but also with easy access should I need it quickly.
I also have no debts, except regular household expenses.

Regular saving accounts offer the best rates now, although you can lose some interest if you withdraw money before it matures (usually 12 months). See Regular Saver link in the blew bar above.
