Npower or London Energy?
Comments

I was faced with that choice a few weeks ago and opted for London Energy. I based my decision on the fact that the £50 discount with NPower only gets taken off after each full year you are with them. If you switch within the year then, your bill is effectively £50 more than estimated.0

Living in the West Midlands we had to suffer NPower/MEB for many years and have always said even if they were to give their energy away we still wouldn't go back to them.
Have had no problems with SWEB (EDF/London Energy), and have so far found their CS to be very helpful, decided on SWEB as they were the cheapest (still are by a lot more now) and didn't want the name London on my bills. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
I opted for London energy a few months ago, a) because they worked out the cheapest for me, b) Their customer services phone line is free, and c) I can collect Nectar points with them.
Since I've been with them I have found them alot more efficient that other providers i've been with in the past.
Good luck!I Hate Jobsworths!!!0
