As with any catalogue company they do credit checks so the first inital order may take slightly longer than an existing customers order.... ...

they don't really do credit checking if paying thru card. i even tried using our cat's name once & the order went through ok  ;D (only this is with their sister company). funny enough as i really ordered something for our cat, a catbed, that is.

it's true though about the delivery delay, 10-14 days. anyhow, our payment card would only get charged on dispatch of goods.

as told when i rang to change bits on my order, they have procedures ??? to follow for new customers. having dealt already with their associate companies (the likes of empirestores.co.uk & thestoredirect.com), it's just normal to me. they're really quite terrible in processing customers' 1st transaction.

update: surprise! got my 3 bags now, gift to follow ???. cheeky monkeys!!!

Received my order today 3 black bags that arent to bad ideal christmas presents for the inlaws, they sent me a really nasty Black Leather/Suede jacket instead of the parka as the parka is unavailable it is on approval so I may be able to send it back for something different but hey for £3.42 for everything not bad.

Recieved mine this morning too. 3 bags AND the blue parka!! The bags are ok however the parka is a joke! For a long winter coat, I would freeze to death in it. Hardly any padding at all. Still a bargain though £3.42 for the lot.

I bet the Parka looks better than the black coat I got sent it is really nasty I think maybe the local Salvation Army can have it there may be some poor soul that wants it.

looks like a price error to me as they don't really sell stuff as cheap as this (£1.99). don't know yet about the quality, but looking closely at the image, not really bad for me (good enough as xmas pressie for people i don't like much). seems like an umbrella is also included with this bag.

I bought this bag a few months ago when they were doing the offer for a 3 piece leisure suit free.

It's not bad quality, just to clarify you don't get an umbrella but the bottom part of the bag un-zips to fit one inside.

The suit went to my Gran for her birthday, the bag is going to my Mum as part of her Christmas box. Not bad for £1.99 in total!

I got the bag. I am very happy with it for the money and will use it for a christmas pressie. I got the dog fleece -also fine- but no cuddly puppy It looked so cute too!

I have emailed them about the toy and see will what they send back.
