I noticed that if you order a catalogue there is a freebie of a £30 luggage set with the first order from the catalogue. I don't know if that is in addition to the freebie you get with a first order on line. I have ordered a copy and will see what the terms and conditions say.

I did order the blanket and teddy deal but
it took 2 days to get a confirmation email.

In the mean time I'd decided to cancel the order...

I would also like to point out, merely as feedback on your website:

a) There is no order reference number for this order.
b) I have no idea what my customer number is, as it has never been displayed.

These are standard things which should really be made available from the point of signing up or from the
first order placed. I found it quite frustrating waiting 2 days to cancel this order because I had no confirmation email and was unable to log in to My Account on your website.

As with any catalogue company they do credit checks so the first inital order may take slightly longer than an existing customers order....

Yes mollytrundle that is correct there is nomov on the fleece and  dog offer complete with Free Postage so £1.99 is right.

Not if you pay at time of ordering by credit card I hope >:(
