Hi, does anyone have experience of using the holiday finder on this account?, do you have to phone a 0870 number?, do they keep you hanging on whilst they sort out your requests?. Also, if they cannot price match a holiday you have found elsewhere, can you still get the voucher for the airport lounge?. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, but I have not signed up for Platinum yet, I am still trying to decide if it value for money for me.

In that case to answer your question you only get lounge access if you book a holiday using their travel service.
