Hi, does anyone have experience of using the holiday finder on this account?, do you have to phone a 0870 number?, do they keep you hanging on whilst they sort out your requests?. Also, if they cannot price match a holiday you have found elsewhere, can you still get the voucher for the airport lounge?. Thanks.

In that case to answer your question you only get lounge access if you book a holiday using their travel service.0
