    A year old already??? bloody hell. Happy Birthday Natasha.

    I'm in pain :( I've had a flippin migraine for the past 3 days and last night I woke up at 4 am because one of my wisdom teeth has decided to join the party. I saw the dentist about 6 months ago and she said she'd refer me to have it taken out at the hospital but of course I've heard nothing. I tend to forget these things until they flare up.

    I can't take my regular migraine pills so I'm in full on suffer mode. Grrr to Orlando Bean :p

    If you were referred for your wisdom tooth 6 months ago, you really should have heard something by now - even if it was just a letter to tell you how long the wait would be.

    I would get in touch with your dentist to check it's been done, and whilst you're on just make sure that all contact details are up to date, in case they have an old address for you, and the appointments have all gone astray.

    Good luck.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

    Ahhh Toto lovely scan, does make me very broody. Happy Birthday natasha and well done to Ryan thats just fabarooney, good boy!
    Hope everyone who is stuck inside has a good day at work. If its any consolation Its been glorious all week and I have been at work, today my day off and its raining!
    Been out for a run, now need to blitz the house and cook supper for tonight. DD at pre-school this afternoon so a bit of me time :)
