Hmm they can be friends - provided they stay the hex out of my way :rotfl:, having had a large (very large and hairy) one in the jungle decide to build its nest on my face thinking I would be a good food source for its babies ....................... _pale_

Well I am knackered! Have spent all afternoon clearing out the garage - every box, every corner then reorganising it all into keeping/selling/freecycling/chucking. Have a fair few things to sell - but some are definitely car boot fodder rather than ebay so a slow start to my ebay challenge. Haven't started on the house yet though! :D

Feels good to have done it but still so far to go - and I can barely move. It is at times like this I really want to soak in a hot bath but our bath is broken :(

Right - off to chill for an hour or two then will see if I can muster the energy to list anything!

You HAVE made progress and that is the main thing - at least we are all making a start - no doubt we have all got a long way to go, and it will take time....but a start is a start!

Well the rain has finally hit Yorkshire!

Thanks for the encouragement yesterday everyone. Didn't make many inroads into my list yesterday - suffice it to say I did the garage, checked euro (nothing - tricky bookie), ate the pot roast - yum - and listed one thing on ebay! But still feels like progress. Didn't touch work so am up to my eyes there now but still - it was a holiday!

So new day - new list - and back to work so lots of catching up to do there! Wish me luck! Have a great day everyone - talk later.

Evening all. Home from work, dogs fed and sitting down with my coffee (and a teensy weensy biscuit!). Not going badly today - though what I expected to be an hour long meeting this morning lasted 3! Am going to try to do some matched betting tonight and list some stuff on ebay as well as pack the car up for the tip first thing if the rain holds off. Good news today - saving £24 on dog walker as OH is at home and got free parking today as local uni was closed but their car park was open....! :D Also heard a funding application I put in has been successful which is good for work - wish it was for me personally!

So getting down to progress reporting:
    • [strike]Review from last week[/strike] DONE - finally!
    • Work on funding application - draft two sections - won't get this done but have all day tomorrow set aside....
    • List another 5 things on ebay
    • Pack up car for tip on wed am
    • [strike]Update budget spreadsheets[/strike] DONE - and looking good - another £61 off the debts today in regular payments.
    • Look for euro mb
    • clear up kitchen
    • [strike]Two loads washing[/strike] DONE - thanks to OH - but am doing a bit more now - may as well clear it all!
    • [strike]make packed lunch to avoid buying![/strike] DONE - nothing spent today :T
