Oh dear .... a life reduced to lists!
Still seems to do the trick where my organiser telling me everything is overdue fails!
Today is full of meetings so not much chance to do any other work at work if you see what I mean but OH is away for 3 daysso will have lots of time outside work and will need to entertain myself! And over the next few days I want to be sure that I am all ready to really start with the new budget and overpayment regime from payday on Friday. Have spreadsheet all ready - need to make sure transfer account is ready and then make sure snowball is accurate. Am hoping my BT forms come through from BC in time so that I can get that sorted as well. From June the plan is to pay off £1425 a month!!
Anyway back to targets for today:- Take all the invoices from yesterday to finance
- Meetings, meetings, meetings (10-4)
- Do plan for weekend workshop
- Prepare handout for weekend workshop
- Finish review from yesterday
- Do second review
- Find a close match on Eur*bet
- Sort out internet access to our (currently empty) offset account (going to use for "annual" costs and emergency fund)
- List some stuff on eBay using free gallery

Hi Mizmir! I'm very impressed by the lists. Is it a free gallery listing day for ebay? I've rather given up on ebay but have a few things that could go up if so.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620

I am impressed with all the planning, and not least the Mbing! I really should be getting my skates on instead, i have read your diary, how's that for procrastination? OOps long word for early morning! Will enjoy following your progress, i too have the same thoughts about overpaying and reducing debt, and have been using the snowball..even Mr.B is getting into the swing of stuff, how dare he knick computer to follow diaries ( he is a secret linda and Hypno fan) Although he hasn't signed up yet. Good job i am upfront about stuff with him! Now he will be on here.
keep up the lists good work, BOB XBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
Sounds like you are doing well mizmir! I managed to get the form filled out and lots of hugs for Dr Dragon and that was it yesterday. Today started with a vigorous game of scrabble
and a late get up! Today we are heading out to explore another part of Cambridge and I want to clear the sofa!
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Morning Mizmir ..I've got to admire the amount of stuff you have on your list and that you manage to complete them!!!...0

Thanks guys - I'm just impressed that you keep coming back (and very grateful as I'd get lonely otherwise!)...
The incentive to do the stuff is posting the list here and setting the challenge. OH reckons I am very competitive - can compete with myself here!
So today how are things going?- [STRIKE]Take all the invoices from yesterday to finance[/STRIKE] DONE - relief - as someone else's pay depends on it.
- [STRIKE]Meetings, meetings, meetings (10-4)[/STRIKE] DONE - and very productive and enjoyable for once!
- [STRIKE]Do plan for weekend workshop[/STRIKE] DONE - well roughed it out anyway - will tidy it up when I put the handout together.
- Prepare handout for weekend workshop
- Finish review from yesterday
- Do second review
- Find a close match on Eur*bet - Next job - see if there is anything close on the footie tonight before I take the dogs out.
- Sort out internet access to our (currently empty) offset account (going to use for "annual" costs and emergency fund)
- List some stuff on eBay using free gallery

You seem to be doing pretty well so far with the lists - and I am sure that the £1450 pay off is doable too. Does that include interest, or is it just capital?Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
