Disabled steering aid / ball

*I had no luck with this post on the I wanna board, thought it would be read by more disabled people on here*




Does anyone know the name of a cheap supplier of the steering wheel ball / knob / aid that fits onto the wheel to make it easier to drive ?

I currently have one, but need a second one for the other car I sometimes use, but can only find them at about £38.

I can't remember where I got my first one from, I know it was a mail order company, maybe based in Bristol (might be making that up though) and it had a blue leaflet to order from.


You could buy a whole heap of disabled friendly goods including funny disabled bumper stickers etc (is this joggin anyone's memory ?)

I only paid £13 for it 2 years ago and it's done the job perfectly, so am trying to find it equally as cheap.

I did look on ebay, but they only have '8 ball' ones and I personally dont want a pool ball theme knob on my wheel ! A plain black one that actually does the job would be great.
