What a happy day I'll have today. Knowing I won't have to work in a shop serving grabbits like these, who know their rights when they're wrong.

If we'd been there, we can imagine who had the "aptitude" and who got the "abuse".

Bargain hunting should be like fishing. A pleasant pastime that, if the luck's with you, brings rewards. Don't jump into the river with a cudgel cursing, demanding your fish.

hi.odd fellow. ordered item from b&q they took money out of my visa,sent confirmation email and gave delivery date then realised their mistake and put money back into my visa,and refuse to honor their contract.

After I SAW this I thought I WOOD buy some but the staff member said I was a PLANK so I DECKED them.

I think they should "stand their ground" and demand twice their money back due to all the transportation costs involved.

Thanks for all comment weather good or bad its up to you.
but the timber isnt discontinued as 7 x 2 is used for extentions, loft conversions, decking ect, standard 4 x 2 are this price so in effect half price,
and yes i could nearly build an ark but that managers aptitude got my back up, and as far as i know the loss will be at her store. so i have made it a bigger loss. all the best pdr
