Hi,
Received a letter from the A&L to inform me that my isa was invalid as they had received an incorrect/incomplete application form or no form at all. And that my isa was not earning any interest as a result. I sat and completed it at the branch and it was checked !
So i went to the branch and they told me to ignore the letter as head office was behind on the administration, and it was a computer generated letter, and i was earning my interest.
Anyone else received one of these letters.
A&L, every time i open an account they c**k up.
