    Make sure you don't get one that won't do the job you bought it for. I would suggest the starting point is to decide what you want to do with it and how secure you want your scrap?

    Basically, it's just to shred documents. I have one already, but it's an old one, only does 1 piece of A4 at a time, and only shreds the paper into long shreads.
