Haven Holiday - bed linen?

We are off on a Haven holiday tomorrow and this is the first time that we havent taken them up on the linen offer.

Does anyone know if we are meant to take our own 'bed linen' - does this include quilts?

It says on the 'what to take' bit that we should take bed linen and extra pillows if required - so would this mean that they supply the quilt and some pillows?

Dont want to try and cram quilts in if they are there when we get there!

Sorry Tracey, don't know as we had the linen included - but in your situation I'd be tempted to just take sleeping bags to save the hassle of bedmaking on hol. Good luck anyway!

you dont have to take your own quilts just the covers and pillowcases,if you need extra pillows go to the housekeepers office and they will give you extra... have a good time
  • Hi Tracey,

We went to Haven at Blackpool last year and they wanted to charge us for providing linen so we took our own. When we got there the actual duvet and pillows were provided but we had to put our own quilt cover and pillow cases on. They also provided us with sheets, but to be honest if you have room I would take your own as the ones we had were covered in stains and holes - not pleasant and I was glad we had taken our own with us. Have a great time - hope the weather holds for you!

Yep, you only need sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

    Have a good time!

Thanks everyone - will see how the car is doing and if we have the room stick our own in but at least I know I can go without.

    Thanks again.

When we used to take bed linen, I would lay it out flat on the back seat and the children sat on it, didn't take up any extra room that way.
