    Er, how does restricting the maximum number of these accounts to 5 (for new users) whilst allowing existing holders to keep up to 12 "ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Web Saver accounts"? Just the opposite, I would have thought.
    And I see no connection at all with the now not-so-great interest rates.

    It's just a daft decision - I've asked them to take my comments on board when they next review the limit.

    I don't know anyone else that has such a low limit for the number of fixed rate accounts (effectively just 4).

    I won't hold my breath on them changing it though !
