especially as they just went up to £125 and i still only paid £27.50 in tesco vouchers...u get money off food and drinks too

goin to be lots of use for these in the next year

  • With Thorpe Park and Chessington being fairly close to each other, a great tip for 2 great days out in a row is to visit one of them on one day, then book yourself into the Travelodge in Guildford (we got a family room for £19 as we booked over 21days in advance, there a several other Travelodges nearby though), then visit the other Park the next day.

So you get to visit 2 Theme Parks in 2 days for nothing (courtesy of your Tesco/Merlin Annual Ticket)
And comfortable overnight stay for £19

The kids think they have actually gone away somewhere on hols as it involves staying in a hotel, you all have great fun, and it costs next to nothing !!

    Everyones a winner!!

Would this be 27.50 in deals for each of the children too? or is there a different price for a family ticket?

We are a family of 4 so I take it we would pay 27.50 x 4 (£110) in tesco deals?

    Thanks in advance x

Currently it is £27.50 in clubcard vouchers per ticket, plus you have to pay an additional £30 per ticket in cash, making the tickets 57.50 each due to the fact that they have added more places to the ticket, and the price has gone up from £110 to £125. So you get a £125 ticket for £57.50. I am planning on getting four tickets for the end of August. I hope that tesco upgrade the clubcard deal soon, so that you can pay in full for the ticket.

The below is taken from the Merlin Pass website http://www.annual-pass.com

I have a Tesco Voucher valid for the Tussauds Annual Pass, but I have not redeemed this yet...
    Is it still valid?
Yes. If your voucher is still within the 6 month validity date of issue, then this is still valid for redemption at any of the following attractions: Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK, Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo, The London Eye, Madame Tussauds and Warwick Castle. Attraction entry for this pass are for the attractions state previously
Can I exchange this voucher for a NEW Merlin Annual Pass?
Yes you can, when you visit one of our attractions, for a £30* upgrade fee we will issue you with a New Merlin Annual Pass.
N.B THIS UPGRADE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR TESCO CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE NOT YET REDEEMED THEIR VOUCHERS.
    * Based on the introductory price
Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j

It is a great deal if you live close to the attractions. We had them last year, but did realise that we spent looots on petrol and travelodge. It was great fun, but not having them again as per petrol going up sooo much. Now we are going closer to home and free parks all around.

If you got the clubcard vouchers converted to the annual pass when they were £27.50 (instead of £23.75) you don't pay £30 extra.

We got our vouchers last week (£27.50 each) and converted them to Merlin Annual Passes on Sunday - we didn't pay any extra. You only pay extra if you gor the pass deals when they were £23.75 before they added legoland and sealife.
