PRIMUS - faulty billing, Watch out!!

I find I have been charged for weekend calls lasting between 60 and 90 minutes, on Primus saver 2. They should have been free.
Primus have admitted the error - they say the off-peak minutes allowance was entered into the computer as 60 minutes instead of 90 minutes!
If I let them know they will adjust the bills. It has happened 2 months in a row.
Apparently they do not consider it is for them to rectify the mistake automatically - I should email them to get it corrected.
I wonder how many others this has happened to?
