Icesave Customer Service

Has anybody else on this forum had any problems with Icesave. I had a query regarding the interest on my ISA account, but despite 3 emails and 2 phone calls to them over the last 3 weeks, I have had absolutely no response from them (other than an automated email saying they would answer within 5 days). My latest email has threatened to transfer my money elsewhere if they are not prepared to respond, but this has so far still not provoked a response. It is getting really frustrating. Anybody else experienced anything similar and if so how did you resolve.
Thanks.

I told them to transfer my ISA from NS and I. After several weeks they wrote to tell me NS and I had not sent the money and that I should also chase them. I called NS and I only for them to tell me Icesave had not enclosed the transfer form I signed!!! Needless to say I was p!ssed. I have had to call Icesave to send the form to NS and I. Why even they did not realise why the money is not with! them is beyond me. Terrible

Gave up with icesave a couple of weeks ago. I sent 2 emails, no replys of which if my transfer was going through or not. Had to phone them up to ask why my transfer had not been completed. They said my middle name on the transfer form was different to the bank i am with. They also said did you recieve a letter from us, explaining that you filled your middle name wrong...i said no, but thanks for letting me know!

Icesave do have attractive rates, but i don't think they look after there customers properly!

I have to disagree. I sent them an email a few days ago explaining that I didn't have access to a printer and couldn't get the transfer form for their cash ISA, and they've sent one out to me pretty much instantly.

Admittedly it's a different stage of the application, but I'd say they're treating me extremely well!

It's odd because there haven't been any complaints about ICEsave service for months now and all of a sudden there have been a rash of them. Perhaps it may have something to do with all the different fixed-term savers with all the varying rates of interest.

My experience is that they rarely respond to e-mails but are ok on the phone. At the moment, I am trying to get a tax certificate out of them and every time it's "being sent out sometime next week".
