Ive just noticed Ive switched to a tariff with a standing charge. I live on my own and am a low user and im worried that ive selected the wrong tariff when switching. Is a standing charge more for a high user?

You pay it anyway Spam, in the tiered rates.
How did your comparison come out, was Ebico in there somewhere, usually is with low users.
