How I do it (long-ish version) - and I am not a techie, lol.
1) Right click on the smiley and save image as ...
(I think it will show the name I am using - so choose what name you want to save it as - usually ends up in "my pictures" on your pc - or rather - that what happens for me)
2) Then upload to somewhere like Photobucket ...
3) Then use the IMG link they supply, and then post that IMG link on here ...
