Post Office Card.

Looking around ,my g/f decided this card looked good and applied - she has a decent rating , but says at the end can not make a descion and that they will be in touch within five days . Would this be a decline or any one else had this?

Only the once and it turn out to be their system was down and they couldn't do an instant online credit check. Git the card no problem in the end.

My own was a refer then a request for proof of id, address etc then an acceptance.

Out of the 9-10 stooz cards I applied for, the PO one was the most pedantic. I had to send 3 months of bank statements, payslips etc to help them "combat money laundering". It took several weeks to eventually get the card.

I had to do some daft stuff with Paypal, with that as their reason. That's how they got al capone in the end you know, when he applied for the PO cc

You'll probably get a letter asking for a ridiculous amount of ID :)
