if you know nothing about html etc it may be worth having a go using online website creation software.I know oneandone.co.uk and dataflame have these built into every standard package thats how i got started

Having checked out most of the DIY websites and forums, this one clearly seems the best and it is not full of annoying adverts on each page, except adsense.
