Sorry if we're not allowed to name names here, i'm just fuming! I don't expect anyone to reply but I just need to vent! Well, I send off to join this club & they took payment on 20th February, I didn't recieve the joining pack from them & e-mailed & got a reply that they'd look into it.

Since then i've recieved a newsletter but no joining pack despite two more e-mails. I think it was only £14 to join but if they're doing this to others too & not replying to e-mails it's pretty bad for them & me :mad:

I didn't get nasty etc in the e-mails, just asked that they send the pack or refund me within seven days as I think over two months is ridiculous.

Ok rant over I feel better now :D
