How often do you check your credit report?

As per the title, how often do you check your credit report with any of the CRA, either online or paper?

    I pay a monthly fee, and check very often.. but I did wonder; is it damaging to keep looking at the form? - is it classed as a search on your file?

    No I don't think so ... It's an unregistered search which doesn't show to lenders ..

    Same here on average with Experian .... although I only check Equifax once a week and don't have a subscription with Call Credit.
