2. Closing date for entries is midnight 26th August 2008.
3. This promotion is open to resident in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over.
4. Employees of IMEDEEN, Boots, Mr&Mrs Smith, The Bon Ton Restaurant and Resort Langkawi, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, including the third party promotional partners are prohibited from entry.
5. Entry is limited to one per person.
6. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then the IMEDEEN reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. No purchase is necessary but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access.
8. There is one (1) first prize available. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the close of the promotion. The winner will be notified by email or phone within twenty eight (28) days from the closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time.
9. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, IMEDEEN reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received by the promotional close date.
10. The first (1st) prize is a week’s holiday for two people, to the Blue Ginger villa at the Bon Ton Resort in Langkawi with Mr&Mrs Smith including all accommodation with breakfast (for seven nights), other meals at the hotel up to a total of 300 Malaysian Ringitts a day each, an optional body massage for the winner and friend during their stay, transfers from the airport to the hotel and return flights to the UK. The winner and friend will also receive 2 months´ supply each of Tan Optimizer.
11. The first prize is valid for 12 months and is subject to availability. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a room. Flights are Economy Class fares. Any extra food or beverage over the daily budget will be paid for by the winners on departure. Any meals taken outside the hotel are not covered by this prize. The winner’s and friend’s 2 months´ supply of Tan Optimizer will be delivered by 1st class within twenty eight (28) days from the promotional close date.
12. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and any necessary visas and vaccinations.
13. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. The promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants.
14. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Twenty (20) third (3rd) prize winners will be drawn at random following the 1st and 2nd prize draws. The Twenty (20) winners will each receive 2 months´ (60 capsules) supply of Imedeen Tan Optimizer. Winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days from the promotional close date. Two (2) months´ supply of Imedeen Tan Optimizer will be delivered by 1st class within twenty eight (28) days of the promotional close date.
17. Twenty (20) of our favourite consumer entries for the ’Summer beauty secrets’ tips will receive 2 months´ (60 capsules) supply of Imedeen Tan Optimizer. Entries must be submitted via the website, in 20 words or less, have relevancy to the subject and the audience, be deemed interesting by the judges and have been received by the promoter by the 16th August 2008. Entries will be uploaded onto the website. Winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the submission close date 16th August 2008.
