Did anyone else take out the Amex Nectar card promoted by MSE?

The one that promised 5000 extra Nectar points for a £200+ spend in the first three months. I did, yet never received the points. I mailed them yesterday and they were added manually. There seems to be a lot of this going on, in my experience, of these offers that promise something a few months later yet you only receive it if you remember to ask. just a heads up for you all...

Thanks for the heads up, I will call them and ask about it as I have had it a month and have spent over £200... no sign of 5000 bonus yet.

I didn't take out the Amex Nectar one, I took out the Amex bmi one instead (flights are of more use to me than Nectar points at the moment).

When I first contacted them it was less than 3 months, I was told I'd get it after the third month. But I didn't, they needed chasing again...
